Job Description

Most dog daycares pack 20-30 dogs into chaotic groups and call it "fun." That's not us. At Super Paws Dog Resort , we run a different model: small groups, intentional play, calm structure, real relationships, and home-style care. We know every dog by name, personality, play style, quirks, triggers, and rest needs. We are looking for someone special to join our crew. Not someone who just "likes dogs." We need someone who notices energy shifts before problems happen. Someone who values cleanliness, structure, teamwork, and takes pride in doing things the right way. If you want to scroll your phone while dogs run wild, this isn't for you. If you want to be part of a respected team that genuinely changes dogs' lives, keep reading. What You'll Do Create a Safe + Structured Pack Environment Supervise small, curated playgroups Manage dog energy, body language, and behavior proactively Redirect overstimulation before it escalates Help dogs build confidence, manners, and social skills Deliver Premium Home-Style Boarding Care Feed meals exactly as instructed Administer medications when needed Keep boarding dogs comfortable, clean, and emotionally settled Provide calm routines that reduce stress Keep Standards High Deep clean play areas, boarding room, bowls, and equipment Follow checklists with pride Maintain a polished, organized environment Treat the facility like it's your own Support Clients + Team Communicate professionally with pet parents Share updates on dogs' behavior, wins, and needs Work closely with teammates to keep operations smooth Step up when something needs done without being asked twice Who Thrives Here You may be a fit if you are: Naturally observant and proactive Calm under pressure Dependable and on time Physically active and hard-working Team-oriented with zero drama Proud of high standards Passionate about dogs beyond just "cute puppies" Looking for a place to grow, not just collect a paycheck Who Usually Doesn't Last Here People who need constant supervision Chronic call-outs or lateness Lazy cleaners Phone addicts People who create gossip or tension Anyone who thinks dog daycare is just "watching dogs play" Why Work With Us At Super Paws Dog Resort you'll be part of a tight-knit, respected team doing meaningful work in a premium environment. We are building something different. Dogs leave more confident. Clients trust us deeply. Staff who care get opportunities to grow. Position Details Full-Time /

How much real-world experience do you have doing that? Be specific. Owning pets or crating your own dog does not count. This is NOT a summer job or temporary position.
