Our goal is to provide exceptional care and customer service while building lasting relationships with our clients and their pets. Maintain a calm and relaxing environment for pets throughout the grooming process. Check clients in and out and provide a welcoming, professional experience for every customer. Process client payments accurately and efficiently. Communicate professionally and respectfully with clients regarding their pets' grooming needs. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary grooming environment. Follow proper cleaning and sanitation procedures for grooming equipment, work areas, and shared spaces. Safely handle dogs and recognize individual behavioral and grooming needs. Maintain professional grooming standards while prioritizing the health, safety, and comfort of every pet. Work independently while contributing to the positive atmosphere and standards of Nalas Pet Grooming. Requirements Professional dog grooming experience. Strong understanding of safe animal handling and grooming practices. Ability to work independently and manage your time responsibly. Dependable, professional, and committed to providing excellent customer service. Patient, compassionate, and respectful approach to working with animals. Willingness to maintain proper cleaning and sanitation standards. Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team. Additional Skills — A Plus, But Not Required Bilingual in English and Spanish. Experience grooming cats. Training or certification in animal first aid. Additional experience with animal health, safety, or emergency care.
