What You'll Do You'll visit clients' homes throughout the Salt Lake Valley and provide exceptional care for their pets.
Your day may include:
Dog walks and outdoor adventures Cat care, feeding, litter box care, and playtime Care for rabbits and other small animals Giving pets attention, enrichment, exercise, and companionship Respectfully caring for clients' homes while you're there Sending thoughtful visit updates and great photos after every visit Reading each pet's profile carefully and following individualized instructions Communicating professionally with clients, coworkers, and management Arriving on time—every time You'll be trusted with a lot of responsibility, so attention to detail and reliability aren't optional. Who We're Looking For We are looking for someone who: Actually loves animals. Not just "I love dogs!" on an application—you genuinely enjoy learning about animals and caring for them. Is extremely dependable. Our clients are counting on you. If you frequently call out, arrive late, or fail to meet commitments, this isn't the job for you. Notices things. You notice when a dog isn't acting normally, when the water bowl is empty, when instructions don't make sense, or when something needs to be communicated. Takes pride in their work. You care about the quality of the visit, the photo you send, and the experience you provide. Can work independently. You won't have someone standing beside you telling you what to do at every visit. Communicates well. You'll need to communicate clearly with clients and our management team. Doesn't mind being outside. Utah weather doesn't always cooperate. You'll be walking dogs in heat, cold, rain, snow, and everything in between. This job probably ISN'T for you if... You're looking for an easy side gig where you can come and go whenever you want. You're frequently late or unreliable. You don't enjoy communicating with people. You'd rather stay inside than walk dogs in the winter. You don't pay attention to details. What We Offer Starting pay:
