Job Summary Join our dedicated team as a Kennel Attendant and become a vital part of providing exceptional pet care and animal welfare. Duties Maintain clean and sanitized kennels, cages, and surrounding areas to promote a healthy environment for animals Assist with animal handling, including feeding and exercising pets to keep them comfortable and happy Provide pet sitting services by monitoring animals' behavior and ensuring their safety throughout their stay Handle outdoor work such as cleaning outdoor enclosures, and supervising playtime in secure outdoor spaces Assist with pet tasks including bathing, brushing to enhance pet hygiene and appearance Support team lifting efforts when moving large or heavy animal enclosures or supplies safely Requirements Prior experience working with animals in a veterinary clinic, kennel, or pet care setting is highly preferred Knowledge of animal handling techniques, including dog training and restraint methods Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when handling large animals or supplies Experience with pet grooming, pet sitting, or outdoor work involving animals is a plus Strong customer service skills to communicate effectively with pet owners and team members Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude Excellent animal handling skills combined with attention to cleanliness and safety standards Join us in making a difference in animals' lives every day!
