We are seeking a passionate and skilled Pet Groomer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for animals and a commitment to providing high-quality grooming services. As a Pet Groomer, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and well-being of pets while delivering exceptional grooming experiences for both pets and their owners. Duties Perform grooming services including bathing, brushing, trimming, and nail clipping for various breeds of dogs and other pets. Assess the condition of each pet's coat and skin to determine appropriate grooming techniques. Handle animals with care and ensure their comfort throughout the grooming process. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grooming area, including tools and equipment. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with pet owners regarding their pets' needs and grooming options. Monitor pets for any signs of health issues or discomfort during grooming sessions. Assist in animal care tasks as needed, including feeding, walking, and general handling. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a safe and positive environment for all animals. Requirements Strong animal handling skills with experience in animal restraint techniques. Knowledge of pet care practices, including bathing, brushing, and nail trimming techniques. Ability to lift heavy animals safely as required during grooming sessions. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with pet owners. Experience in kennel environments.
