What You'll Do Supervise and engage dogs in safe, structured playgroups Care for our overnight boarding guests, making them feel comfortable and loved Read canine body language and encourage positive social interactions Match dogs with compatible playmates based on temperament and play style Redirect unwanted behaviors using positive handling techniques Help keep our indoor and outdoor play areas clean, safe, and welcoming Provide plenty of belly rubs, encouragement, and enrichment throughout the day What We're Looking For At least 6 months of dog daycare experience (required) Strong understanding of canine behavior and body language Confidence managing multiple dogs in a group setting Reliable, hardworking, and able to stay calm in a busy environment Comfortable working on your feet and outdoors in various weather conditions Able to lift up to 50 pounds Available to work rotating weekends and shifts between 6:00 AM and 7:00 PM Why You'll Love Working at Bark Work with dogs all day—seriously, what's better than that?
