• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing pet owners' requests and concerns
• Collaborate with the veterinary team to ensure pets' health and safety during grooming sessions

• Requirements:

• Prior experience in pet care or grooming is preferred
• Ability to perform heavy lifting when handling larger breeds or multiple pets
• Knowledge of animal handling techniques and behavior
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Experience as a veterinary assistant or in a kennel environment is beneficial
