Dog Daycare Shuttle Driver & Dog Wrangler Dog Works Ranch LLC is a fast-growing, kennel-free dog boarding and daycare facility located in Redmond, WA. We are looking for a dependable, positive, and independent individual to join our professional team as we expand our daycare services. The Opportunity We have an immediate opening for a full-time Daycare Shuttle Driver & Dog Wrangler . This is a unique dual-role position perfect for someone who loves working with dogs and has excellent driving skills. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate and attentive animal lover with a desire to learn about canine behavior. Responsibilities Safely operate our daycare shuttle bus for dog pick-ups and drop-offs. Supervise and manage a group of about 15 dogs in an outdoor play environment. Maintain the safety and well-being of all dogs in your care. Provide excellent customer service and communication to dog owners. Pay close attention to detail and accurately follow all instructions and protocols.
Qualifications & Requirements Driving:
Excellent driving skills and a clean driving record (no tickets or accidents within the last three years).
Experience:
A demonstrated knowledge of dog behavior and the ability to confidently manage groups of dogs.
Soft Skills:
Strong judgment, patience, and the ability to work independently and follow directions.
Physical:
The ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, be on your feet for extended periods, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Transportation:
Must have reliable transportation to our facility in Redmond Ridge, as the nearest bus stop is 1.5 miles away.
Compensation & Benefits Pay:
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour, plus tips.
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday-Friday, no weekends.
