What We Offer Strong commission rates (40-50%, based on experience) plus you keep 100% of tips A relaxed pace — no quotas, no pressure, just good work Set your own hours around our Tuesday need Front desk and booking handled for you Room to bring your own style and technique to the table Your Setup Private, fully stocked grooming station Professional tub and table Commercial-grade dryers and tools High-quality shampoos and products supplied What We're Looking For 2+ years grooming experience Comfort working across breeds and coat types Solid hand-scissoring skills A gentle approach with senior or special-needs animals Friendly, professional communication with pet parents Confidence handling dogs of any size A Day in the Job You'll bathe, trim, and clip nails with care and patience, using proper handling techniques to keep every pet safe and calm. You'll keep your station tidy and sanitary, talk owners through aftercare, and generally make sure every pet leaves looking (and feeling) their best.
