About You Join our fast paced, large scale social doggy daycare, where we prioritize the well being and happiness of every pup in our care. We are seeking a passionate dog lover to join our team as a Daycare Attendant, tasked with managing large, dynamic playgroups with confidence and control. Your primary focus will be maintaining a safe, structured, and fun environment for all dogs while ensuring the facility remains in top condition. Because we operate in a high energy setting, previous professional dog handling experience is required; however, we are committed to providing you with the comprehensive tools, ongoing training, and support necessary to excel in this role. This position is ideal for an active, hardworking individual who thrives in an outdoor setting. You must be comfortable standing for 5 or more hours per shift, as our playgroups are primarily held outdoors, except during extreme weather conditions. In addition to supervising playtime, you will be responsible for essential cleaning tasks throughout each shift to maintain our high standards of hygiene. - 18 years of age or older
- Physically able to stand for 5+ hours and lift up to 40 lbs
- Flexible availability (including weekends, holidays, mornings, and evenings)
- Flexible on working at either of our 2 locations
- Confident handling dogs both on
- and off-leash in a group setting
- Professional, kind, and positive demeanor
- Open to feedback and quick to adapt Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a dog daycare, kennel, shelter, rescue, or vet clinic
- Comfortable with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments
- Background in customer service and client interaction
- Motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic
