We're on a mission to provide a safe, energetic, and enriching space where dogs thrive while their humans are away. The Role We're looking for a dog-loving, reliable, and hands-on team member to join our daycare staff. You'll be a key part of creating a fun, clean, and structured environment for dogs of all breeds and personalities.
What You'll Do:
Supervise dog groups during indoor and outdoor play sessions Redirect behavior gently and confidently to maintain group safety Clean up after dogs, sanitize play areas, and reset toys/gear Provide water, snacks, or meals as needed by individual care plans Watch for signs of illness or stress and report issues quickly Comfort new or anxious pups with patience and kindness Light brushing or wiping down of dogs between activities Communicate clearly with teammates and managers during shift changes
What We're Looking For:
Prior pet care experience preferred (professional or personal) Comfortable around dogs of all sizes and energy levels Positive attitude, quick learner, and strong attention to detail Physically able to lift 40+ lbs and stay on your feet for extended periods Great communicator — with humans and dogs Available for morning or afternoon shifts (weekend availability is a plus)
