As a Pack Leader at TailWaggers, you will care for and supervise dogs, and ensure every dog receives personalized attention and care. We are currently hiring for morning, afternoon, and evening Pack Leader shifts . Applicants must be available to work some weekends and holidays , weekends and holidays are our busy time, working those days are a must! Responsibilities Lead daily dog daycare activities, ensuring all dogs are engaged, safe, and comfortable throughout their stay Monitor dog behavior continuously to identify signs of stress, aggression or discomfort; intervene appropriately to maintain harmony Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of the pet care facility, including kennels, play areas, and grooming stations to uphold health standards Assist with pet boarding, pet sitting, and other animal care services as needed to enhance client satisfaction Ensure compliance with safety protocols related to heavy lifting (e.g., moving supplies or equipment) and outdoor work environments Requirements

MUST LOVE DOGS
