Enjoy the benefit of a back office team that handles payments and scheduling, prioritizing route optimization! Responsibilities Perform grooming services including bathing, brushing, trimming, and nail clipping for various breeds of dogs and possibly cats in a mobile environment. Assess the condition of pets' coats and skin, providing recommendations for care and maintenance. Maintain a clean and organized grooming area, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized after each use. Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding their pets' grooming needs, behavior, and any health concerns observed during grooming. Provide mobile grooming services to clients from Oak Creek to Pewaukee and surrounding areas. Requirements 1+ years experience in dog grooming Experience grooming cats is a plus Strong skills in dog handling and animal behavior to ensure safe interactions with pets. Experience in customer service to effectively communicate with pet owners and provide an exceptional client experience. Valid driver's license, smartphone and the ability to drive a mobile grooming van 21+ years old Compensation/Benefits This is a commission based role Earnings per 10hr shift are generally $225-$450 and depend largely on each individual groomers skill and speed 401
