Job Description

LA's premiere doggie daycare, boarding and grooming facility is looking for a few good daycare attendants! Located in Central Los Angeles (West Hollywood and Beverly Hills) we specialize in providing around-the-clock care for man's best friend. If you have the following qualifications, we would be doggone excited to have you on the team!
  • Strong Customer Service Skills
  • Outgoing Personality
  • The Ability to Multi-task
  • Excellent organization/communication skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Dependability is a must
  • Team Oriented
  • Be able to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Have reliable transportation (bus or car)
  • Fit and energetic! You have to be able to manage dogs of all sizes
  • The ability to handle/manage different sizes/breeds of dogs while they socialize with other dogs in the play yards.
(If large dogs intimidate you, this is NOT be the job for you).. . .and of course, a love for dogs! If you have previous work experience with dogs, it needs to be verifiable. Work experience may include veterinary assistant, dog shelter work, dog trainer or assistant, dog boarding or daycare employment (
Note:
Owning a dog, sitting for, or walking a neighbor's dog, while commendable, is not a qualification, though admired). If you don't have experience, then have a sincere desire to learn. Prior experience is not a requirement. Duties include, but not limited to:
  • Cleaning up after dogs
  • mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, etc.
  • Feeding dogs
  • Playing with dogs
  • Handling Phone calls/Reservations
  • Processing transactions
  • Client Interaction and relations
  • Selling/knowledge of dog related products
PLEASE LIVE WITHIN A REASONABLE DISTANCE FROM OUR FACILITY!
Note:
As stated above, this job includes cleaning up after dogs. It is not limited to simply playing with dogs. We are looking for hands-on personalities with the ability to respond quickly and efficiently in a fast paced environment as described above.
