We are a busy, growing doggy daycare and training business, and we're looking for enthusiastic Dog Handlers to join our incredible team. Our mission is to provide the highest standard of care for every dog that walks through our doors. Please note our key scheduling requirement: You must be available to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) and Mondays & Tuesdays. Competitive Pay:
We offer a starting wage of $18-$21/hour, depending on your experience.
The Role:
What You'll Be Doing As a Dog Handlers, you are critical to maintaining a safe, fun, and clean environment for our pack.
Your responsibilities will include:
Pack Supervision:
Actively supervising and managing playgroups of dogs of all sizes to ensure safe and controlled play.
Animal Care:
Overseeing the total care of our dogs, including feeding, walking, and administering medications as needed.
Client Service:
Greeting clients and their dogs with a positive attitude during drop-off and pick-up.
Cleaning:
Maintaining our high standards of cleanliness by sanitizing play yards, crates, floors, food bowls, and all common areas.
Teamwork:
Communicating clearly with other team members about dog behavior, health, or any concerns to ensure seamless care.

Required Qualifications:
Experience:
You must have previous professional experience at a doggy daycare, kennel, or boarding facility (references will be checked).
Availability:
You must be available to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) and Mondays & Tuesdays. We have part-time morning and evening shifts available (starting with 4-6 hour shifts).
Dog Handling Skills:
You are confident and skilled in managing dogs of all sizes and temperaments. You lead with benevolent leadership, not fear.
Physical Stamina:
You are in good physical condition and able to be on your feet for your shift. This role requires walking, bending, stooping, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Qualities:
You have a keen eye for dog behavior and body language. You take initiative and are committed to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness. You are a reliable team player with strong communication and customer service skills.
