Full Job Description Job Description Position:

Pet Handler

•Wednesday & Thursday afternoon and Saturday morning Reports to: Operations Manager Responsibilities The Pet Handler responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Must be available to work afternoon shift on Wednesday & Thursday and Saturday morning shift. To care for pets whilst in transit and transport/lodge pets for scheduled flights. Provide customer updates and photographs of pets whilst in our care. Report and record pet care and handling procedures as per company standards. Maintain pet welfare and safety as number one priority. Perform data entry and office duties. Physically capable of caring for large dogs and loading crates into pet transportation vehicles. Complete office and facility cleaning tasks. Must be responsible and able to work without supervision and as part of a team. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail with accuracy in all elements of the role, animal identification and documentation. Strong communication, interpersonal and animal handling skills. Must be reliable. An ability to work efficiently under pressure and to meet deadlines. Maintain a current and valid driver's license (Clean driving record) Must love pets!
