We are looking for a dedicated Dog Kennel Manager to join our team and help us continue to provide exceptional care.

• Position Overview:

• As the Dog Kennel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kennel, ensuring the highest standards of care for all dogs in our facility.

You will lead a team of caregivers, manage scheduling, and maintain a clean and safe environment for our four-legged guests. Your passion for dogs and strong leadership skills will be key to creating a positive experience for both pets and their owners.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train kennel staff to provide exceptional care for dogs.
• Oversee daily operations, including dog daycare and grooming schedules.
• Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the kennel facility.
• Monitor the health and behavior of dogs, providing timely interventions when necessary.
• Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding their dogs' needs and any concerns.
• Manage inventory of supplies and equipment for grooming and daycare.
• Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures.
• Foster a positive and friendly atmosphere for pets and their owners.
• Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling, record-keeping, and billing.

• Qualifications:

• Previous experience in kennel management, animal care, or a related field.
• Knowledge of dog behavior and health.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• CPR and first aid certification for pets (or willingness to obtain).
• Passion for animals and a commitment to their well-being.
