Adel Veterinary Clinic is an independently owned 2.5 FTE small animal clinic with NO desire to go corporate. Our practice owner is excited to continue to develop a clinic known across Central Iowa for their amazing pet care, community involvement, continuous innovation and (as important!) for being a great place to work! Adel Veterinary Clinic is seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead day-to-day operations and support a strong, collaborative veterinary team. This role partners closely with the practice owner to create structure, consistency, and accountability across the hospital. This position is ideal for a hands-on operational leader who enjoys developing people, improving workflows, and ensuring the practice runs efficiently and professionally. Located in Adel, IA, just west of Des Moines, you'll enjoy the charm of a close-knit community, a lower cost of living, and easy access to the greater Des Moines area which offers the perfect balance of a small-town connection and big city amenities.
