About the Position We are seeking a Groomer who is passionate about animals and committed to providing high-quality grooming services and exceptional customer care. Responsibilities Professionally groom dogs while providing safe, compassionate handling. Provide exceptional customer service to pet owners. Communicate clearly and listen attentively to customers and coworkers. Work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Remain on your feet for extended periods. Maintain a professional appearance and a positive, enthusiastic attitude. Adapt to changes and cross-train in other areas of the business as needed. Help maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment. Qualifications Certification or professional dog grooming experience is required. Strong dog grooming and dog-handling skills. Knowledge of animal behavior and safe handling practices. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Dependable transportation to and from work. Ability to maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude. Comfortable working a flexible schedule that includes Saturdays.
