Overview Join our vibrant team as a Full Time Morning Daycare Attendant, where your energy and compassion will create a safe, engaging, and loving environment for pets and their owners. In this role, you'll be the cornerstone of our daytime pet care services, ensuring each animal receives attentive care, proper handling, and a clean, sanitized space to thrive. Your dedication will help foster trust with pet owners while providing a fun and secure atmosphere for our furry friends. Duties Supervise and interact with pets during daytime hours, ensuring their safety and well-being through active engagement and gentle handling Monitor pet behavior to identify signs of stress, illness or discomfort, and respond appropriately using animal restraint and handling techniques Maintain cleanliness by sanitizing play areas, and common spaces to uphold health standards and prevent the spread of germs Collaborate with team members in lifting heavy items such as supplies or large animals safely during daily operations Skills Prior veterinary experience or veterinary technician background that demonstrates animal health knowledge Pet sitting or pet care facility experience showcasing your ability to manage multiple animals confidently Dog training skills that help in managing behavior and promoting positive interactions among pets Kennel experience combined with animal handling expertise to ensure safe containment and movement of animals Physical stamina for outdoor work, heavy lifting, team lifting tasks, and maintaining high-energy activity levels throughout shifts Embark on a rewarding career where your passion for animals makes a difference every day!
