EXPERIENCED
Dog Handler or Trainer to join our dynamic team dedicated to canine excellence and pet well-being. In this role, you will be responsible for caring for dogs of various breeds and temperaments in group play situations. Your expertise will contribute to creating well-behaved, happy, and healthy dogs while providing exceptional care and support to pet owners. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in active environments and loves working with animals to make a positive impact. Duties Consciously integrating obedience, socialization, and behavioral correction to ensure positive group play experiences. Handle dogs safely during daily activities, ensuring proper animal restraint and handling procedures are followed Provide pet grooming services including bathing, brushing, and nail clipping to maintain optimal hygiene and appearance Maintain detailed records of behavior and health updates for each dog Support kennel operations by cleaning enclosures, feeding animals, administering medication as directed, and managing animal intake and discharge. Requirements Proven experience in dog training or handling with a strong understanding of canine behavior management techniques Veterinary experience or background as a veterinary technician or assistant is highly desirable Knowledge of animal handling protocols including restraint methods to ensure safety for both animals and staff Experience in pet grooming, pet sitting, or kennel management is preferred Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with pet owners and team members Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary to handle large or energetic dogs safely Strong animal care skills combined with patience, compassion, and attention to detail Join our team if you're eager to leverage your animal handling expertise in a lively environment that values energetic dedication!
