Leashes & Leads is looking for an experienced, dependable PM Shift Supervisor to help lead our evening operations and develop the next generation of pet care professionals. This is more than a supervisor role—it's a coaching position. You'll mentor future handlers and leaders while helping maintain the high standards our clients expect every day. Position Type Full-Time or Part-Time Evenings, weekends, and holidays required with flexibility Compensation $18-$20 per hour, based on experience Performance-based pay increases as training milestones are completed Responsibilities Lead all PM operations and ensure smooth daily workflow Coach, mentor, and develop Pet Care Attendants and future leaders Monitor dog playgroups while maintaining a safe, structured environment Deliver exceptional customer service to clients Assist with front desk operations and retail sales Administer medications and provide daily care for boarding and daycare guests Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility Communicate effectively with the management team regarding operations, staffing, and guest care Help foster a positive, supportive workplace culture Qualifications We're looking for someone who: Has worked in a stable position for 2+ years Has previous supervisory or management experience Loves dogs and is passionate about animal care Understands that our busiest seasons are holidays, and that our guests rely on us during those times Is dependable, professional, and leads by example Is comfortable working with people of all ages, backgrounds, and cultures Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coaching others to succeed Is eager to continue learning and growing professionally Previous professional animal experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right leader. Making a difference in our community is an important part of who we are. Reporting Structure This position reports directly to the Manager and Owner .
