This is an on-call, 1099 role with strong potential for more hours as we grow, perfect for someone who loves flexibility but wants to build something long-term. We focus on care that feels like family, so we're looking for someone who can build trust with both dogs and their people, and create results that make it feel like nothing ever changed while they were away. What you'll be doing: Working hands-on with dogs of all breeds and temperaments Creating simple, effective training plans based on each dog's needs Guiding clients in a way that's clear, realistic, and easy to follow Handling cases that may include reactivity, while staying calm and in control Keeping sessions safe, structured, and positive for everyone involved Communicating progress and small wins with clients What we're looking for: Training experience (professional or strong hands-on background) Comfortable working with reactivity and maintaining a calm, neutral presence Strong understanding of dog behavior and body language Great communication with clients Dependable and able to work independently If you're a trainer who can walk in, read the dog, and bring calm, structure, and real progress, we'd love to hear from you!
