We offer daycare, grooming, training, and boarding. We're looking for a kennel assistant to join our team!

Schedule Requirements:

Hours are from 7 AM - 3 PM. Ability to work indoors/outdoors in all weather.

Job Duties:

Help unload/load dogs from the vans, monitor dogs during play, and put dogs in their kennels at the end of the day. Assist with the care and handling of dogs in the kennel room. Clean and sanitize kennels, cages, and common areas. Feed and provide water to the dogs according to their specific dietary needs. Administer medications as directed. Ability to take direction and multitask. Monitor the weight, health, and behavior of the dogs Report any observed changes or unusual behaviors. Desire to learn about canine behavior and dog training. Poop scooping and dog monitoring when the dogs need to be let out into the enlosed outdoor space.

Job Requirements:

A strong love of and respect for dogs. Professional experience working with dogs. Owning your own dog is a plus! Minimum of 6 month commitment, as to not disturb our schedule or negatively impact the dogs by leaving. Standing for extended periods of time. Ability to lift 50 lbs. Contract agreement - we are looking for long-term team members. Professionalism is key. We thrive on excellent customer service and communication!
