Duties & Responsibilities Playgroup Supervision:
Safely manage off-leash playgroups, ensuring positive interactions, proper behavior management, and a fun atmosphere for dogs of all sizes.
Canine Enrichment & Care:
Lead engaging play routines, reinforce basic obedience, and maintain individual feeding, watering, and care schedules.
Behavior & Health Monitoring:
Closely monitor dog body language, stress signals, and overall well-being to maintain a calm, safe environment.
Facility Upkeep:
Keep play areas, kennels, and equipment clean, sanitized, and well-maintained so our guests always have a safe space to relax and play.
Pet Owner Communication:
Share positive updates and feedback with pet parents regarding their dog's day and behavioral progress. Qualifications & Skills Genuine passion for animal welfare and pet care. Enthusiastic, reliable, and comfortable being active on your feet in both indoor and outdoor settings. Basic understanding of dog body language and behavior (or a strong eagerness to learn!). Previous experience in a daycare, kennel, pet boarding, shelter, or veterinary environment is preferred, but we are happy to train enthusiastic candidates!
