Gate Keepers set the bar for our clients experience with us as a company by setting a GREAT first impression with prospects that leaves them saying "WOW!" And by booking qualified leads in for Transformation Sessions for our sales reps in the field!

Company Overview:

Wonder Dog Training & Games is an in-home dog training business headquartered in Memphis TN with additional locations in TN & TX (and expanding)! We go to our clients homes and train their dogs in their home environment & we offer Day Training Programs. We focus on training the dog, training the humans (the most important part) AND doing it all right there where the dog lives. Once the dog is good in home, we bring them out to our Games & Tribe events so that they learn to be good anywhere they go and around any distraction. We specialize in happy, healthy, family friendly dogs.

Position Overview:

Gate Keepers are responsible for reaching out to all prospects in a timely manner and nurturing them over the course of the sales process. Gate Keepers must bring the energy on the phone and connect with prospects quickly to book them in for a Transformation Session (sales appointment). There is a small hourly base pay for the role of the Gate Keeper, but the majority of the money you get to make is based off the appointments you book that purchase training. Our programs range from ~$500-6000 and you'll get commission for everything that is sold to the people you book in. Traits of a

GREAT Gate Keeper:

• High energy conversationalists. This is huge because Gate Keepers are on the phone with our prospects, so they MUST be high energy and a GREAT conversationalists. Your energy must transfer through the phone!
• Relates and builds trust QUICK. GKs must be able to relate to people and build trust with them quickly!
• Persistent & Drive. Great GKs are persistent. While we only want to help the families who want our help, Gate Keepers must be able to diplomatically push past peoples objections. They are driven to book appointments and win.
• Detail Oriented. Great GKs are detail oriented. While talking to people is fun and booking evaluations is even more fun, there is a lot of details and details MATTER.
• Able to follow a script but still be a human.

.. Great GKs stick to the script (for the most part) but are still able to CONNECT with the person with a dog on the other end of the phone Okay, so does that sound like you?? Are you a great conversationalist with great energy? Can you relate with people and build trust quickly? Are you persistent and driven? Etc etc. We're sure you get the point.
