IDR is seeking an Agile Project Manager to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Memphis, TN. This role involves overseeing multiple projects within a dynamic marketing environment, utilizing Agile methodologies to ensure timely and successful delivery. Position Overview for the

Agile Project Manager:

Manages multiple projects across the marketing department by applying core project management principles from initiation through closure.

Develops clear project goals, scope, timelines, and deliverables to drive project success.

Promotes an iterative and adaptive approach, integrating Agile and traditional project management methodologies.

Establishes governance mechanisms, roles, responsibilities, and decision-making processes.

Utilizes project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and Ziflow to track progress and communicate transparently.

Requirements for the

Agile Project Manager:

Proven experience as an Agile Project Manager or similar role, successfully delivering complex projects in an Agile environment.

Must be an exemplary verbal, non-verbal, and written communicator across all levels of team and management.

In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and their practical application in project management.

Strong leadership abilities with a servant-leader mindset and a knack for facilitating collaboration and consensus-building.

Proficiency in work management tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheets, Confluence, Ziflow, Microsoft Office Suite) and a willingness to explore new technologies and techniques.
