Part-time, on the road (no office) About Us Tracks 4 Treats brings personalized dog exercise sessions directly to our clients' homes. Our climate-controlled mobile gyms give dogs a safe, structured workout, free from the weather and distractions that come with walks and dog parks. About the Role You'll drive our mobile gym to scheduled appointments around Austin, run one-on-one treadmill sessions, and make sure every dog and pet parent has a great experience. You'll work independently throughout the day, with full training and ongoing support from us. What You'll Do Drive the mobile gym van (Ford Transit) between client appointments Run treadmill sessions for dogs of all breeds, sizes, ages, and fitness levels Monitor each dog and adjust pace and intensity to their needs Safely guide dogs on and off the equipment Follow our safety, exercise, and handling protocols Communicate with pet parents, answer questions, and explain what their dog is doing Complete brief session notes and flag anything important about each dog Keep the van and equipment clean and organized Handle occasional lifting of dogs and equipment Requirements Valid U.S. driver's license and clean driving record Previous experience working with or handling dogs Comfortable driving a larger vehicle like a Ford Transit Able to safely lift 65+ lbs when needed Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable with dogs of all sizes, personalities, and energy levels Nice to Have Dog training or animal handling Vet assistant or vet tech experience Grooming, kennel, daycare, boarding, or pet-sitting experience Equine or large-animal experience Experience with anxious, reactive, or high-energy dogs Knowledge of canine behavior and safe handling Don't have all of these?
