Job Overview We are seeking dedicated Kennel Technicians and Doggie Daycare Attendants to join our team, specializing in caring for large dogs. This role involves providing exceptional pet care in a safe, clean, and engaging environment. Ideal candidates will have a passion for animals, strong handling skills, and experience working with dogs of all sizes. Duties Monitor and supervise large dogs during daycare to ensure safety and proper behavior Assist with dog training activities and reinforce positive behaviors Provide pet sitting services, including feeding, walking, and administering medications if needed Perform animal restraint and handling using humane techniques to ensure safety for both pets and staff Maintain cleanliness of kennels, play areas, and equipment to promote a healthy environment Engage dogs in stimulating activities to promote mental and physical health Ensure heavy lifting of supplies or animals is performed safely and efficiently Requirements Prior experience in dog handling, kennel work, preferred but not required MUST have your own, reliable/ dependable vehicle. MUST be able to work 6:30 am to 3:00 pm Animal restraint, and pet care best practices Strong customer service skills to communicate effectively with pet owners Ability to handle large dogs safely and confidently Ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods during shifts Compassionate attitude towards animals with a commitment to their well-being Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently or as part of a team This role is vital in ensuring the health, safety, and happiness of our canine clients while providing excellent service to their owners.
