Our McKinney location is looking for energetic, dependable, and attentive individuals to join our team as Dog Playroom Attendant/Trainer ( Canine Coach) . This is a hands-on, active role working directly with dogs in a structured daycare environment and keeping dog safe. The ideal candidate has experience being around dogs of many sizes and breeds, No previous experience necessary, but is a Plus. Responsibilities Supervise and engage large groups of dogs in structured play Lead training activities such as group sit, follow-the-leader, and playroom agility Monitor safe play and redirect behavior when needed Maintain constant attentiveness in a fast-paced environment Communicate with shift leaders throughout the day Perform daily deep cleaning of playrooms and facility Maintain the highest safety standards at all times Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older Must love dogs — and be comfortable correcting behavior when necessary Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours Strong teamwork and communication skills Reliable and punctual Basic knowledge of dog safety Experience as a kennel technician, vet assistant, dog handler, dog trainer, dog walker, pet care associate, FFA, or 4H background is a plus — but not required.
