The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing exceptional grooming services, including traditional haircuts, trending haircut, fades, beard trims, and various styling techniques. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients to understand their grooming needs. A commitment to maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment is essential. Must work Saturdays. Duties Provide high-quality haircuts, beard trims, and grooming services tailored to individual client preferences. Sanitate tools and workstations according to health and safety regulations. Mentor junior barbers or apprentices in skills and best practices. Manage store operations effectively, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for clients. Maintain accurate records of services performed and products used for each client. Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication. Qualifications Valid Jefferson County barbering license. Proven experience in barbering with a strong portfolio of work. Knowledge of current trends in haircuts, styles, and grooming techniques. Working with Men, children, and women's cuts. Strong communication skills to interact with clients and understand their needs. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in mentoring or training others is a plus.
