  • 6625 S Power Rd in Mesa. The hours are M-F 6:50
  • 3:50 ( 1 Hour Lunch ).
This is a 10 month position, following our High School Calendar.
Job Summary:
The receptionist is often the first point of contact for people who call or visit EVIT. As such, they should be prepared to handle a wide range of inquiries and requests. The receptionist greets the public, answers phone calls, and provides general office and clerical support to school administrators. The receptionist job requires a blend of excellent customer service, administrative and clerical skills. It is essential that the person for this role is organized, able to multi-task, be flexible and have a "can do" approach to work, as no two days are the same and good attendance is a must. The receptionist will coordinate front-desk activities, such as distributing correspondence and answering and redirecting incoming phone calls, maintaining and ordering general office supplies and equipment, and provide other clerical support as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS
Any combination equivalent to graduation from high school or equivalent, and One or more years of customer service experience, One or more years of increasingly responsible clerical experience, or An equivalent combination of education and experience
LICENSING /CERTIFICATION AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Level 1 IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card Proof of immunization against or immunity to measles and rubella if born after January 1, 1957.

Experience as a receptionist or office support in a school district. Knowledge and experience using Google school-related software.
