Overview We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in barbering techniques and a flair for creativity, ensuring that each client leaves feeling confident and satisfied. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced salon environment. Duties Perform a variety of hair cutting, styling, and grooming services tailored to client preferences.( zero fades, tapers fades) Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized. Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services or products. Assist with front desk operations, including greeting clients, answering inquiries, and processing payments. Experience Proven experience in barbering with a valid cosmetology or barbering license Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and create a welcoming atmosphere. A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated on industry trends. Spanish speaking is a plus.
