Duties Perform professional barbering services including haircutting, shaving, beard trimming, and styling using straight razors and other tools Provide expert hair coloring, hair extensions, and eyelash extension services to meet diverse client needs Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools and workstations according to health regulations Engage with clients through effective communication, understanding their preferences, and offering personalized recommendations Manage retail sales of hair care products, nail care items, and styling accessories through upselling and retail math techniques Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise in hair styling, color theory, and sanitation practices Skills Valid cosmetology or barbering license with experience working in the beauty industry Strong knowledge of hair care, hair coloring, and hair extensions.
