Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our reputable plaintiff's law firm. This role offers an exciting opportunity to advocate for clients who have suffered injuries and to lead cases through all stages of litigation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for personal injury law, exceptional legal research and writing skills, and a proactive approach to client communication. You will play a vital role in building compelling cases, negotiating settlements, and preparing for trial to secure justice for those in need. Duties Manage personal injury cases from inception through resolution, including investigation, discovery, negotiation, and trial preparation Conduct court depositions, legal research, and statutory legal research to support case strategies Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and client correspondence with precision and clarity Develop case strategies by analyzing evidence, medical records, and expert reports to build strong arguments for clients Negotiate settlements effectively while advocating fiercely for clients' best interests Prepare cases for trial by organizing evidence, coordinating with experts, and developing compelling courtroom presentations Maintain ongoing communication with clients to provide updates, gather information, and ensure their understanding of case progress Requirements Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction Proven experience in personal injury law or general litigation with a focus on plaintiff's cases Strong knowledge of procedural law, legal motion preparation, and trial procedures Excellent legal writing skills with the ability to craft persuasive arguments and clear documentation Proficiency in legal research tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw for case law analysis and statutory research Demonstrated ability in negotiation, client communication, and courtroom advocacy Familiarity with case management software and legal administrative processes Experience handling court depositions and preparing cases for trial in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills & Qualifications Experience with estate planning, environmental law, immigration law, landlord-tenant law, family law, securities law, workers' compensation law, tribal law & regulations, patent law, employment law case experience or general & commercial litigation is advantageous but not required Knowledge of legal negotiation techniques and litigation strategies across various practice areas Ability to conduct thorough legal research using LexisNexis and Westlaw platforms Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in drafting contracts and legal motions Why Join Us? $125,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
