Stay current with the latest trends in hair styling, coloring, hair extensions, and eyelash extensions to offer innovative looks. Engage with clients through effective communication skills, understanding their needs and providing expert advice on hair care, coloring, retail products, and upselling opportunities. Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, managing retail sales of hair care products, and supporting store management tasks. Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise in barbering techniques, sanitation practices, and customer service excellence. Experience Proven experience working in the beauty industry as a barber or hairstylist with a strong portfolio of diverse styling techniques. Demonstrated skill in using tools like straight razors for precise shaving and grooming services.
