Ivanna's Hair Salon is a boutique salon in Mountain View looking for a talented, licensed Hair Stylist / Colorist to join our small team. No established clientele is required. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the salon, build long-term client relationships, and work in a supportive, professional environment. What You'll Do Women's haircuts and styling Root touch-ups and all-over color Highlights and dimensional color Blowouts and finishing Client consultations and product recommendations Maintain a clean and professional workstation Compensation We offer different compensation options depending on your experience and existing clientele: Hourly employee position for stylists who are building their book and want stability while growing their clientele Commission-based compensation available for experienced stylists with an established clientele Stylists keep 100% of their tips. We're happy to discuss the compensation structure during the interview and find the arrangement that makes the most sense based on your experience and clientele.
