This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a team environment, wants to refine their technical skills, and is interested in building a long-term career behind the chair. This position combines assisting with hands-on education and mentorship, with opportunities for growth as your skills and confidence develop. Responsibilities
- Greet clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Shampoo and prepare clients for services
- Assist with color applications, foiling, glosses, and salon preparations
- Mix color and maintain color inventory
- Keep workstations clean, sanitized, and organized
- Fold towels, stock products, and assist with daily salon operations
- Support appointments to ensure an exceptional client experience
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude and strong attention to detail Qualifications
- Current California Cosmetology License (required)
- Passion for learning and continued education
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask
