Both full-time and part-time positions are available.

Pay:

$18-$25/hour + Tips Hourly rate is based on experience and skill level.

Responsibilities:

Provide professional haircuts, hair coloring, highlights, styling, and other salon services Consult with clients and provide personalized recommendations Deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships Maintain a clean and professional work environment Actively showcase your work and build your clientele through social media such as Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu (RED), etc. Work professionally and cooperatively with our salon team

Requirements:

Valid California Cosmetology License required Previous professional salon experience required Strong haircutting and/or hair coloring skills Motivated to build and maintain your own clientele Comfortable using social media to showcase your work and attract new clients Reliable, responsible, and professional Good communication and customer service skills Mandarin Chinese speaking is a plus, but not required We are looking for someone who is passionate about the beauty industry, takes pride in their work, and is motivated to grow professionally.
