A successful individual capable of demonstrating high-quality techniques and technical knowledge, as well as providing students with the skills and experience needed to succeed as a professional. This position requires flexibility and the willingness to teach a variety of classes and techniques. We are also seeking a passionate and dedicated individual whose goal is to help our students improve their skills and advance their careers.
Responsibilities:
Be a great teacher. Be a role model for your students. Provide a safe and clean learning environment. Manage the class schedule and room assignments. Plan lesson plans and manage student progress in a timely manner. Manage the class schedule to ensure that students progress according to schedule. Keep up with all state and federal cosmetology laws and rules. Manage not only the classroom but also the student salon.Qualifications:
- Applicant must have a valid California Esthetician License (2 years minimum)
- At least two or more years of Skin Case experience
- Have a positive attitude, be a team player, self-motivated, energetic, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven success in spa business skills, building clientele, and upselling retail.
