Job Summary Follicle Fatale Salon is opening this November in San Marcos, CA.

Mission :

Create a safe space where clients and stylists alike are encouraged to explore their self expression. We are looking to foster a salon community full of passionate artists. Stylists should have experience working in the beauty industry with a strong portfolio of hair cutting and coloring. We are looking for kind, welcoming individuals with excellent communication skills.

Vibe :

eclectic, alternative, fantasy-inspired, and cozy. This salon stands apart with vintage decor, pieces by local artists, and a "take a book, leave a book" library. Plants and natural woods help balance the space and encourage creativity.

Owner :

Alanna Safarik, a fantasy color and copper color specialist with 11 years of salon experience. She has educated onstage at the Premiere Anaheim Hair show and worked with multiple color lines. She has a passion for keeping the salon "green" by using a paperless booking system and exclusively stocking vegan/cruelty free products and retail.

The booth rental breakdown:

Follicle Fatale Salon is a booth rental salon. It is suggested that you have some clientele already built, however, with our location and social media presence, there will be walk-in's/call-in's if you need them. We strongly believe in the benefits of community. Booth rental is perfect for experienced stylists who enjoy the support and inspiration of working alongside fellow creatives. With booth rental, you set your own hours and prices. You have the freedom to use the tools and color lines that you prefer. The salon provides backbar shampoo/conditioner, wifi, electrical, water, retail products, communal capes, color bowls, tint brushes and towels. If you are a full-time stylist, you will have your own station and color cabinet. If you are part time, you will share with other part timers. Rent is due on every Friday for easy budgeting, with auto pay available. $280/week full time $225/week for three days, part time
