We are looking for someone who is confident in haircutting, coloring, highlights, and/or perm services, with strong consultation skills and attention to detail. What We're Looking For California Cosmetology License Minimum 3 years of professional salon experience Strong haircutting and color skills Professional, reliable, and client-focused Able to work independently Existing clientele is welcome, but not required Schedule Part-time Approximately 2 days per week to start Potential for additional days as clientele grows Saturday availability preferred Compensation 60% service commission 100% of tips Details discussed during interview About Urban Edge Urban Edge Hair Studio is a private, professional studio focused on personalized consultation, quality work, and long-term client relationships.
