Responsibilities Provide professional barbering services including haircutting, styling, beard trimming, straight razor shaves, and hair coloring with precision and creativity. Engage with clients through effective communication skills—listening carefully to understand their needs and providing personalized recommendations. Requirements Valid cosmetology or barbering license from an accredited state board. Proven experience working in a barbershop or salon environment with proficiency in classic and modern hair styling, fading, tapering, line-ups and beard grooming. Strong knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols within a salon or barbershop setting. Excellent communication skills for client consultations and team collaboration. Experience managing front desk duties is a plus but not required.
