Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by adhering to health regulations during all procedures involving skin or body treatments. Utilize salon management software such as Sqare for appointment scheduling, client records management, and retail inventory control. Engage actively in social media management to promote services, showcase client transformations, and attract new guests through compelling content. Support front desk operations by greeting guests warmly, handling inquiries professionally, and ensuring guest services are seamless from check-in to checkout. Upsell additional treatments or products confidently while prioritizing client needs to maximize satisfaction and revenue opportunities. Experience Valid cosmetology license with hands-on experience working in the beauty industry across diverse service categories. Proven expertise in hair styling techniques including haircutting, coloring, straight razor shaves, and barbering practices. Strong knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients during all treatments. Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients on treatment options while building lasting relationships. Experience in retail sales strategies including upselling products during appointments or through social media channels.
