- 60% commissions on service sales with a guaranteed base of $16 an hour

- Average hairdresser hourly pay of $30
- 45 per hour (and we'll prove it!) including your tips you take home after every shift
- Highly competitive commission rates with guaranteed $16 base (tips not included!)
- Access to over 2000 guests per month at either salon making you money day 1 without any of your own clientele
- Ongoing paid for product and technical education from brands like Matrix, American Crew, Paul Mitchell, Babyless, Kenra etc.
- Schedule and requested day off accommodation
- Service Commission Rates 50% Stylist/Cosmotologist, 53% Closers, 55% Asst Mgrs, 60% Mgrs What are we looking for?
