Program:

The Parlour's Advanced Education Assistant Program is a unique hybrid opportunity designed for passionate, licensed hairstylists who are ready to take their foundational skills to the next level. This position offers a blend of weekly advanced education in Denver, hands-on salon experience assisting our team of Educating Stylists, and the chance to begin building a personal clientele in a professional, supportive environment.

What You'll Do:

Attend one full day per week of in-depth, advanced education with our Denver-based education team. Assist experienced Educating Stylists throughout the week, gaining behind-the-chair knowledge in real time. Support daily salon operations including front desk work, client prep, shampooing, toning, blow-drying, and maintaining cleanliness standards. Begin servicing clients on your own schedule as you build confidence and clientele under the mentorship of our team. Receive regular feedback and coaching to accelerate your technical, creative, and professional development.
