We actively work to generate new clients through our marketing, online presence, existing guest base, referrals, and cross-referrals between our Salon, Spa, and Medspa. We also help our stylists learn how to retain clients, increase rebooking, generate referrals, recommend home care, and grow their own professional presence. Services Our Hair Team Provides Our salon offers a wide range of services, including: Women's and men's haircuts Color and gray coverage Highlights and balayage Glosses and toners Fashion and vivid color Blowouts and styling Bridal and special-event styling Hair extensions Smoothing treatments Hair and scalp treatments You do not need to specialize in every service. We want to learn what you're already great at, what you enjoy doing, and where you'd like to grow. Who We're Looking For We're looking for stylists who are: Licensed or soon-to-be licensed in Colorado Friendly, professional, and dependable Passionate about the beauty industry Coachable and interested in continuing education Comfortable working as part of a team Focused on providing an exceptional guest experience Motivated to build and retain a clientele Willing to recommend products and educate guests on home care Interested in growing professionally and financially Experienced stylists are strongly encouraged to apply, but we're also open to exceptional new graduates and stylists who are still finishing cosmetology school. Our current commission structure ranges from 38% to 50% , based on level and performance.
