Responsibilities Provide expert barbering and hairstyling services, including haircuts, trims, fades, beard trims and detailed grooming for men. Can perform specialized services such as straight razor shaves, massage shampooing, facial massages Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene by adhering to all health regulations and salon cleanliness protocols. Utilize salon software systems like Gloss Genius for appointment scheduling, client records. Offer personalized consultations to understand client preferences, recommend suitable styles or treatments, and communicate effectively to ensure satisfaction. Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients and managing appointments. Be able to have laser focus on the client to provide a relaxing atmosphere along with top-notch service. Skills Extensive experience working in the barber/stylist industry with a strong background in barbering and cosmetology. Proficiency with salon software such as GlossGenius for scheduling, and client checkout. Expertise in sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
