In this dynamic position, you will deliver exceptional nail services, eyelash extensions, and skincare treatments that leave clients feeling confident and pampered. Duties Perform a wide range of nail services including manicures, gel manicures, acrylic nail application, and nail extensions with precision and artistry. Deliver expert eyelash extension applications and lash artistry to enhance clients' natural beauty. Provide esthetic treatments such as facials, dermabrasion, body waxing, hair threading, and esthetic laser treatments to promote healthy skin. Conduct pedicures and other foot care services while maintaining strict salon safety protocols and sanitation standards. Educate clients on nail care, skin health, and recommended retail products; upsell retail items to boost sales. Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace by following disinfection procedures and adhering to all salon safety protocols. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, offer personalized recommendations, and ensure an exceptional experience. Experience Proven experience working in the beauty industry as a nail technician, lash artist, or esthetician with a strong portfolio of work. Knowledge of color theory to create visually appealing nail designs and enhancements. Skilled in nail extensions, acrylic application, gel manicures, pedicures, and manicure techniques. Familiarity with salon safety protocols, sanitation practices, disinfection procedures, and client communication best practices. Experience performing eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair threading, dermabrasion or esthetic laser treatments is preferred. Ability to upsell retail products confidently while providing excellent customer service. Strong communication skills combined with retail math knowledge to maximize sales opportunities.
