About the Role As a Shampoo Lounge Specialist, you are the first impression of luxury for every guest. You will deliver Studio Chique's signature cleansing rituals, maintain an impeccable environment, and support Designers (Stylists) to ensure a seamless guest flow. You will work directly with the owner/master stylist and senior team, receiving ongoing training and professional development in both technical skill and luxury hospitality. Key Responsibilities Provide luxury shampoo and scalp experiences with attention to relaxation and detail. Perform pre- and post-service support including detangling, treatments, and basic styling prep. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Shampoo Lounge at all times. Assist stylists with service flow, laundry, inventory, and guest hospitality. Execute braid-downs (with and without added hair) and assist in prep for extension services. Uphold Studio Chique's appearance and punctuality standards—always polished, always on time.
Ideal Candidate Experience:
Minimum 1 year of salon experience required.
